🌸 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We generally ship to all countries, worldwide, directly from Asia. 🌍

🌸 How much is shipping?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders!

🌸❗ How long does shipping take?

After ordering, we will process your order and ship it out within the next few business days with a maximum processing time of 7 business days.

Generally, orders are delivered within 12-20 business days after they have been shipped out - though, shipping times may vary depending on where you live and the carriers available.

In some cases, orders can take longer to arrive, for example when

  • your country does not offer faster shipping (this is the case for South America, Africa, UAE, and some Asian as well as a few east European countries),
  • packages get stuck in customs at country borders when being inspected and therefore take longer to get onto a flight, or
  • shipping hubs are overloaded or working with less staff, for example during holiday seasons, strikes/protests, natural disasters, or pandemics.
  • RECENT EVENTS - Please read: The world is currently going through the Coronavirus pandemic. The pandemic may cause delays on deliveries and processing times of your order. We must respect the health and safety of logistics workers and carriers! (´。• ᵕ •。`) Know that we are working safely but around the clock to make sure your packages arrive swiftly. ❤ Our customer support team is always there for you, and we still expect the vast majority of packages to arrive without any delay. Thank you!
You will receive a tracking code via email once the order is on its way (if you haven't received a shipping confirmation after 7 business [!] days, please, check your spam or junk folder for the shipping confirmations!). 

Our promise: If something does not arrive within 60 business days, please contact us, and we will reship it to you free of charge or offer you a refund! 

If you have concerns about the status of your delivery or your tracking shows something alarming, do not hesitate to contact us.

Please, also always make sure to enter a complete and correct shipping address.
We are not responsible if your package gets lost or cannot be delivered due to wrongly entered details.


🌸 Can I get my products until [date X]?

We cannot guarantee any delivery dates - when sending parcels around the world, there can always be delays which are completely out of our control. However, if you are ordering for a specific date, we would recommend ordering at least 8 weeks before this date. During busy seasons, such as Christmas, Easter, and Black Friday, shipping can be slower, so please be very generous when calculating the shipping times!
