🌸 I ordered by mistake. How can I cancel my order?

If you are quick, we may be able to cancel your order before it has been processed! Please email us as soon as possible at hello@lianox.com.
We cannot cancel orders that are more than 10 hours old.

🌸 I entered wrong details!

Please contact us as quick as possible and tell us your order number, your name, and the correct details! When an order hasn't been shipped yet, we might be able to change details.

🌸 The clothes do not fit me, can I get another size?

Yes, you can return the things that do not fit and then simply order another size! :) Once your return has arrived, we will refund your purchase.
Returns are always a hazzle, so we again would like to ask you to measure yourself before ordering~ We have tables with estimated measurements on each product page which contain measurements for chest/bust, shoulders, total length, and sleeve length. Asian sizes are smaller than European or American sizes, so it is perfectly normal to go up one or two sizes.

🌸 Refund Policy

According to EU laws, we generally permit returns for 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We can identify you quickly when you contact us with the email you used for ordering. Please, make sure to include your name and order number in this email.

Please, never send your purchase back to the manufacturer! Contact us first!

After contacting us, we will give you instructions on how to mail the items to us.
You will be responsible for the postage fee to ship the items to our German offices in Oldenburg. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Please, also somehow make sure that we can identify the package as yours by putting your name and/or order number somewhere.
If you are shipping an item over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use reliable and trackable services. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Inspecting and refunding your item may take up to two weeks. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have paid with a credit card, please be aware that the purchase might not be refunded directly to your connected bank account but instead will be deleted from your next bill.
There is often a small processing time before a refund is posted, please contact your bank about that.
