We ship to all countries, worldwide, directly from Asia. After ordering, we will process your order and ship it out within the next few business days.

Returns:

We permit you to initiate the return process for 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your parcel arrived and you haven't contacted us about returning your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We permit returns to multiple locations, for EU and non-EU customers.

We understand that fashion is a major contributor to climate change and find ourselves in a position where we can have a positive impact. That’s why sustainability and ethical operations are at the core of everything we do. Our warehouse is located directly near a major fashion logistics center + a manufacturer hotspot that supplies and manufactures the vast majority of clothing for a large portion of Asian markets, such as Korea & Japan. As we ship directly from there to customers, instead of first shipping them to another warehouse or various logistics centers and retailers around the globe like many other fashion companies do, we are producing way less transport related emissions than our competitors do. Shipping clothes around is extremely taxing on the environment, so our direct approach is a way better alternative environmentally. We choose pieces constructed from materials that follow our sustainability criteria whenever possible and work actively on reducing emissions and ensuring that Lianox and the products sold on Lianox are as sustainable and ethical as possible.

We work exclusively with hand-picked manufacturers and retailers. After many years in the fashion business and operations locally and physically close to our manufacturers, we are confident in being able to guarantee that the manufacturing processes are ethical. We curate a careful selection of trendy fashion pieces from brands that align not only with our sense of aesthetics but also our set of values. The brands and factories we work with take good care of their employees, providing them with modern working conditions and fair compensation. It is extremely important to us that all employees are treated with absolute respect.
