very elegant

the clips are very nice and elegant. they're also small but that's okay. when i ordered cuff for the first time, the package got lost, i contacted the Lianox team and they were superfriendly and helpful! They sent me a gift coupon which i used to order the same cuff as i still wanted to have it. This time the package finally arrived, and i really liked and still like what i got. There were two cuffs in the package but it's hard to say if they always come as a pair or did the company just sent me two of them by mistake or to restore the lost one. Anyways, i'm very satisfied with my cuffs, thanks, Lianox! <3
