Terms and conditions of the voucher competition at Lianox
Participation in the competition on the Facebook and Instagram pages "Lianox" is only possible if the following conditions of participation are taken into account:
ORGANIZER
The prize is organized by Imperial Commerce (partner: Sarah Menke & Miko Rytkönen GbR), Gaststr. 6, 26122 Oldenburg (hereinafter referred to as “organizer”).
ELIGIBILITY
Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are entitled to participate. Only one entry per competition is possible per person. Employees of the organizer and companies affiliated with it, in particular the organizer and their relatives, are excluded from participation.
The participants may have to prove their eligibility to participate in the competition and the requirements for participation. If the participants do not prove their eligibility to participate within the deadline set by the organizer, the organizer reserves the right to exclude the participants from participation.
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
In order to enter the Sweepstakes, the entrant(s) must do the following:
- Provably vote for the “OUTRARE” concept when voting in the Gemeinsam Oldenburg pop-up competition (e.g. by taking a screenshot of the page showing participation) https://gemeinsam.oldenburg .de/oldenburg/de/rankingTool/58886
- To confirm entry into the competition, provide proof of voting for OUTRARE, Instagram username and email address for contact after the competition.
Comments that violate law and/or copyright will be removed without notice after notification. This also applies to comments that we consider inappropriate or spam. We reserve the right to exclude participants from participation without giving reasons, due to incomplete or incorrect information or for security reasons.
Participation is free and independent of any purchase of goods or use of paid services.
THE PRIZE
The prize is a voucher worth $250, redeemable at Lianox.com.
The voucher value cannot be paid out in cash.
COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition begins with the publication of the competition post on Instagram and Facebook on September 11th. at 6:00 p.m. The competition ends on September 18th, 2023 at midnight.
The organizer reserves the right to end the competition in whole or in part prematurely or to change its course at any time, without adhering to deadlines, without prior notice and without giving reasons, if it is not possible to carry out the competition properly for technical or legal reasons .
DETERMINATION OF THE WINNER OR THE WINNER
The determination of the winner takes place at random, by lottery.
The winner will be notified by our social media accounts on Instagram or Facebook via direct message, or via email. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be chosen.
AFFILIATION WITH FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM
The giveaway is not affiliated with Meta and is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Meta. When participating in the competition, all participants release Instagram and Facebook from any claims or liability in connection with the competition.
DATA PROTECTION
The contact person for the processing of personal data within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSVGO / GDPR) is the organizer, who can be reached at

The organizer collects and processes the following data from the winner in accordance with Section 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b of the GDPR in order to be able to inform the respective winner(s) of their win: Facebook or Instagram name, email address provided during the competition, optional Telephone number. This data will only be passed on to third parties if this is absolutely necessary for the processing of the prize. After the competition has ended and the winner(s) have been announced, the organizer will delete the data in full no later than 4 weeks after the competition has been completed.

The organizer is only liable for damage caused by him or a vicarious agent intentionally or through gross negligence or through the violation of cardinal obligations. The organizer is not liable for the availability of the Instagram or Facebook page or for any transmission errors.
